Draaiend huis was one of the very first madhouses that existed. It works somehow the same as the modern ones, but with less and less theming. Also, the house you see is turning from the outside, making it so that you know what was going to happen before you were inside the ride.
The theming inside were just simply painted walls with painted chairs, tables etc. It was built by Schwingel and opened in 1982. It closed in 1998, and had several locations in the park.

Did you know:
That this ride started at the location of Kinderland, and moved later to a spot near Revolution?
- Popularity Attraction
This attraction was not very popular, probably because the ride was pretty boring from the inside, especially when guests learned the newer madhouse Villa Volta in The Efteling in 1996. Which was much more realistic.
- Waiting Times
The waiting times were pretty short about 5 minutes, but in the earlier year it could easily ramp up to 20 minutes, because of the low cappacity.
- Theming attraction
This attraction was badly themed. From the outside it looked like a house (which looked like it was made out of paper) The inside were painted chairs, drawers, tables etc. Not very realistic. But still beter than a regular metal wall.
- Riding Time
The riding time was about 3 minutes. But we don't know it for sure.
- Disordering of attraction
This attraction was probably every day open.
