Walibi Holland
____________________________________________________________________________________________
Flying dutchman goldmine was a mack wild mouse coaster. It was one of the 3 built park models. It was opened in 2000 and closed in 2010. It was themed to the wild west zone. In 2009 there were some stories about this ride that it will be moved to bellewearde park. But the coaster stayed in walibi. In 2010 the coaster has been deleted to move to the french park la mer de sable. It's called Tiger express, the theming is better, and it did get a new painting.
The Flying dutchman goldmine was one of the family coasters, and was a popular coaster with a small cappacity. The theming was pretty good. The coaster was 14 metres high, with a topspeed of 45 km/h. After deleting this coaster the station has a new use as waiting line for Rattle snake.
Did you know:
Walibi Holland did not want to delete this ride, Their boss ''Compagnie des alps'' made the choise to delete the ride, and give it to La mer de sable. Walibi changed the location of Rattle snake to this, to fill this place up. The old location was hard to find. Maybe that Walibi Holland will receive a ride from an other park in the next years.
