Jungle Rock was one of the 2 Round-Up rides in The Netherlands at a themepark. The other one was in Attractiepark slagharen and was simply called Round-Up. Jungle Rock was located where you can now find Tarantula Magica, an enterprise. The ride was pretty good themed with rocks, and had a nice location. It opened in 1988 and closed for the 2006 season.
The reason for deleting the ride is unknown, but it had probably something to do with the age of the ride, and the fact that these rides were not that popular anymore. However, in 2005 it was the only ride of it's kind in The Netherlands. The park was a children/family park, and did not have a lot of thrill rides. Jungle Rock was one of the few rides with a little thrill, together with Tornado and Montezuma's Revenge. Years later Tarantula Magica had been placed on the exact same spot and there is again a new thrill ride.

That in the periode of deleting Jungle Rock the park's owner was Compagnie Des Alps, a French investment coörporation. They owned the park from 2005 to 2011. The other parks (Walibi parks, Parc asterix and some other small parks) did not receive any updates to the park. CDA deleted this ride (and replaced it in Fort Fun) But also repainted some older rides, and rethemed some locations. and they built 3 rides. After selling this park the Walibi parks received finally their upgrades and new rides, after years of deleting rides. A strange way of investing in the eyes of fans, but Hellendoorn was actually pretty lucky by CDA.

The waiting times were between the 5 and 10 minutes.
- Theming attraction
The attraction was simply painted and had no decoration on the ride itself. But around the ride were rocks and jungle signs with the name of the ride. Since this ride is not a ride you will see much it was one of the better themed round-ups. However, it was possible to get a better themed ride. But Hellendoorn is not that big park to do that.
- Riding Time
The riding time was probably about 2 or 3 minutes.
