Walibi Holland

The kinderboederij was not a real attraction in Walibi Holland. It was a children farm. There were chickens, goats and other animals for the kids. You could hug the animals, and watch them. Because there were not many attractions for the little children it was a good idea to go to this farm. You was be able find it in the wild west area. The wild west area is from The Tomahawk to the Walibi express.
There was a shelter for the animals, so they can take some rest if they don't want to be by the children. The animals were in a peaceful place of the park, there was not many noise of attractions or coasters in that area. During the 2013 season all the animals have been removed from the ride, only the shelter stayed. During the 2014 season Walibi Holland said that they will remove the building to make room for the major 2016 ride. Together with the low popularity, the high costs of owning this ride (animals, food, etc) it was a good option to remove this ride. The animals all found a new happy home by farms nearby the park.

This was one of the oldest attractions in the park, and a lot has been changed with the exhibit and the landscape around it, Walibi built a new shelter for the animals for the 2011 season. Some years before that it was a hot item with a yellow painted post on the path. It also has been relocated several times. For the 2013 season all the animals have been removed from the ride, during the 2014 season Walibi Holland said that the shelter will also be removed to make place for the new major ride of the 2016 season, which means the final end of this ride.
- Popularity Attraction
Altough it was one of the less attractions for the little kids, it was absolutely not popular. Maybe because the most visitors are teenagers and coaster fans in this park. In The Netherlands this park has a name of thrill, not for family. We can say that that is true, but this children attractions are needed!
- Waiting Times
There were no waiting times for this attraction.
- Theming attraction
It was themed as a farm, very simply. It was nicer to give it a real farm theming in wild west style.
- Riding Time
You chose your own riding time, but we think that 5 to 10 minutes must be enough. Little children can enjoy their time here very good.
- Disordering of attraction
This attraction was always open, but not when there is a dissease under the animals. But that chance is so small that we can't make the rating lower.
