Nautilus was a strange darkride, It looked like a haunted house, but it was about an ocean. Nautilus has been opened in 1968 as Onderwaterland (underwaterland) Later it was called Ocean of Darkness till season 2011. From 2011 to 2012 it was called Nautilus. The ride changed from locations during the years, and also the theming has been changed slightly all the time.
Instead of a normal car you step in a bowl, you're totally enclosed and it makes the ride very weird. It is very unique in this way, but the ride itself is nothing special. It was a historical ride for the park and it was popular. But the cappacity was very low, and for expanding the park they decided to demolish this ride.

This ride is a secondhand ride? This ride was before 1968 on the piers in Scheveningen in the netherlands. It had already an underwater theme then, but slagharen gave it an upgrade in their own park.
