Sprookjeshoek was a smaller version of Sprookjesbos in Avonturenpark Hellendoorn. The bigger version opened in 1956, and in 1990 it has been removed to make place for Tornado. A small part still existed, and gained a new life under the name Sprookjeshoek. in 2014 the last part of this ride has been removed because it was not up to date.
The ride was simply themed, it had a simple look. But for the kids it was fun. It is sad that the location wasn't very good near Tornado, so many visitors didn't see this part of the park. That was also one of the reasons to delete this ride.

Did you know:
That the one of the most famous fairy tales did survive the building of Tornado? Others have been replaced, so that the only most famous fairy tales still should be in the park.
- Popularity Attraction
This attraction was not very popular, it was hard to find, and near the big coaster Tornado. Resulting in visitors looking to the wrong way.
- Waiting Times
There were no waiting times for this ride.
- Theming attraction
The attraction was themed, but not very well like other rides in the park. Maybe they always had the plan to demolish the ride, so they didn't spend the money on this ride to get it up to date. It was also not realistic. Efteling has a very good fairy tale area, and with the little moneys Hellendoorn had they never could built it that good.
- Riding Time
The riding time was as long as you wanted to stay. When watching everything you should be done in 10 to 15 minutes.
- Disordering of attraction
This attraction was always open.
