Avonturenpark Hellendoorn is a small park for families with younger kids in the east of the Netherlands. The park has some nicely themed rides, however the theming is not from very high quality. Most of the rides are standard themepark rides, but it has a nice collection of family coasters. They also have a few waterrides and darkrides for fun.
The park is maybe not the most interesting, but it has some good rides, and with kids you can have a very funny and happy day in this park. The park has some different themed areas like Pirate bay, or the kiddy land (Dreumesland) The park is roughly seperated in 2 parts. The right side is the smallest one with one coaster, one water ride, and a few flatrides. The left part is bigger with at least 2 rollercoasters, 1 darkride, 2 waterrides and more flatrides.
Avonturenpark hellendoorn is almost everyday open in the normal season from April - October. In some months they're closed on monday, or from monday - friday. Visit the site before you go to the park. A ticket for the park will cost €21,50
The park is not very big, you can do all the rides in one day, or even do them twice. With the new ride ''Aquaventura'' (seperated in different slides on our site) you can have extra fun during the summer months.

This park has been expanding greatly from 1980 to 2000, later the new expansions stopped, but the park did built some new rides later, but they were not very special. The future of this park seems to be stabile, but it's the time that decides if this park will grow, or will become smaller.
- Popularity park
this park is not very popular, during the summer months there are a lot of people, but the waiting times will not be longer than 15 minutes. The park is more popular by families with kids than teenagers or groups adults.
- Waiting Times (entrance)
The waiting time for the entrance is mostly 5 minutes and not longer.
- Theming park
The park is not themed, the rides have their own theme on the left side of the park. On the right side there are 2 themed areas, Haaibaai (pirate bay) and Dreumesland (kiddyland) Most of the park has a nice green area.
- Visit Time
The park can be visited in one day, you don't need a whole day, but a half one is also a little short. You can combine this park with other tourist things in the same area.
- Disordering of attractions
