Rioolrat is an indoor family coaster built by Vekoma in 1996. It replaces the former Rioolrat (A zierer coaster which replaced the former coaster black hole a schwarzkopf coaster) The ride is completely in dark and has a few rocks, light flashes and sound effects. During the ride you will go for a small part outside to turn and go back inside again.(photo) Rioolrat has a very good themed waiting line where you can walk trough. You will never stand still here since the gate in the beginning of the building will keep you outside untill there is enough place. The coaster is 305 metres long and has a topspeed of 45 km/h. During the ride you see almost only darkness and no theming. There is some theming in the building, but since there are no lamps to light it you can't see this. The star rating could be much better when the lights are on.
