Anton Pieck, A dutch well known drawer was one of the designers of the Efteling. He wanted to escape the real world, and let people see how romantic the world could be. With his fantasy, and the places in the efteling, he could realize it. The ride is not built after his drawings. It was supposed to be a world on it self, so it looked like the drawings of Anton Pieck were made about this world. There are so many details, landscapes, moving vehicles, trains and houses that you can stay here for hours if you let yourself go.

The Diorama is one of his works, it's a miniature world to his thoughts, how the world should be. Of course it will be impossible in the world today, but in his time, it was really possible. Take a look, and search the many details in this landscape. If you have a yearpass you can take a long time for this ride. When you just pay once for one day, don't take so long for this ride, the other rides have long waiting lines. It is a better idea to watch this quickly or during the rain.

Diorama is already very old, and has a lot of problems with trains that doesn't work. The room where the ride is built in has changed trough the years. They tried to make it more attractive for visitors to take a look in the ride. However, it doesn't seem to work.

- Popularity Attraction
This attraction is not very populair, It is not in a popular place. But it is still beautiful. We think, when the new attraction Hartenhof has been opened, people would see this Diorama more.


- Waiting Times
There are no waiting times for this attraction. It's just walking in, and find your place to watch the Diorama.

- Theming attraction
The theming of this landscape is very nice, it's awful to see that there are not many working trains left. Beside that we love the landscape, and many others love it too. The room where you are standing in could be better, but why should the do that? The attention should be on the landscape, not on the room around you.


- Riding Time
There is no riding time here, you can choose how long you will take the time.
Our advise: in 5 minutes you can see it all, but when you take some food, is it good enough to be 15 minutes in this room.

- Disordering of attraction
This attraction is never closed for disordering, it is always open, exept when they need to repair something, or when an event is in this building.
