This attraction has a very nice entrance, and the darkride is also beautiful. You will see castles, elfs, animals, flowerd, trolls and many other magical things. It is like the dreamworld of everyone. The music makes the attraction complete. It is not the kind of efteling music that stays for days in your head. This attraction is very well for young children. they love this fantasy world. But the darker elements (starzone, and the troll part) could be scary for them. Just tell them the trolls are fake.



This attraction has 6 parts. The first one is the castle-kingdom. Here you will see the magical castles moving, and many other details. The next part is wonderforrest. Here are trolls and animals together and very peaceful in a beautiful forrest. The third part, and actually the best part is the elfgarden. You will meet the elfs and king oberon here. A starzone, and a sky-castles are the next two zones. It is very dark but very amazing. The last stage is Zompenwoud It's raining here, and here lives the trolls. You go down in a spiral, to end in some blue lights. Here you will wake up out your dreamflight. 3 months in 2013 the ride was closed. A new waiting area and some extra effects have been added in the ride. The star scene, and the last scene have been updated very well.

Did you know:
This attraction had some starting troubles in the first openings year. the company who had to built it went bankrupt, there were also some technical problems. An other company did made this attraction. But also not without problems. From 1992 to 2007 it did work as well. In 2007 one of the cars did get on fire. No one was hurt, but the efteling decided to make some new evacuation platforms. You can really see them. In 2011 the track of this attraction had some trouble with cracks. They had to repair it. Beside all this problems, the attraction seems to be operating very well, and is also very safe! the bad things: the theming did get less and less with every change after the problems...

- Popularity Attraction
This was and still is very popular, When you see the theming of the waiting area you should not know why it is so popular, but after the ride, you will know why there is a big line for it. It is one of the best darkrides in the world.


- Waiting Times
Beside the popularity the waiting times are very different. In the crowded days the waiting line is always 60 minutes. But on days where there are not many people in the park (the colder months) there is a line possible of 5 or less minutes. The weird thing is. You should expect with colder weather that more people should go in it. Anyway, you should have the 60 minutes in your head, it could always be better when you're there!
