Piratenboot is a pirate ship from HUSS. The ride also contains the standard pirate statues. Drievliet used these in the beginning as theming. For the 2009 season they themed the ship by themselves and the pirates are gone. (picture) There are some things unknown about this ship. Drievliet says 26 metres high, while the boat actually goes 16 metres high. The structure is 20 metres high and the ship does not come above it. We suppose that Drievliet made a mistake with their 26 metres. And we think that it does not swing on it's maximum power. It could probably reach 4 metres more, but this would be too intense for the many kids in the park. (video)
