Spookslot is a haunted house on the side of the park. It's a small darkride with some standard effects. It's a short fast darkride so you can't see it very relaxing. But wait a haunted house is never relaxing! Inside the ride you will see the standard skeletons. But it is mixed with some scary paintings and mummies. It has a slightly egyptian museum theming. Which makes this haunted house a little bit cooler than the standard ones. (picture) The building was earlier a castle, but sinde the 2011 season it is rethemed to a museum, a horror museum. The ride is still called spookslot. But the name on the ride says Museum. While others say it is Expo Gizeh. The last 2 names are better related to the actual theme than the first one. Drievliet never used the names Museum or Expo Gizeh as the real name. On the left side of the ride is a bus located called The Griezelbus. It is a well known bus out a dutch book. It is supposed to be a museum object also. (video)
