Katara, Fountain of Magic is the newest show of Toverland that will stay for a long time! It is opened in 2013, a year after the bigger watershow of De efteling ''Aquanura'' Katara is much smaller, but is always operating, and not only in the evening. Katara has 3 shows a day, sometimes 4 or even 5. When the park is open in the evening there are lights and the show will be beautifuller.



When the show is not playing the fountains are just doing some random acts and you can run trough the fountains with the risk of getting wet. A lot of aqua fun in a simple fountain. The ride is located in the front of the restaurant Katara plaza. So it doesn't matter which way you will enter this themed area, you will meet this nice fountain!

That Katara is not a rip-off from Aquanura? The plans were there already before De efteling announced their show Aquanura. Katara is also even smaller, and not built by WET fountains, but by GHESA feuntens en watergames & more.

- Popularity Attraction
This ride is very popular, not really for the show, but for the aquafun. You see always kids running trough the water fountains, and with the show there are always people watching.

- Waiting Times
There are no waiting times, you can always enter the fountains, and there are 3,4 or even 5 shows per day.

- Theming attraction
The ride is themed to the themed area ''Magische vallei'' There are rocks, and around it are some huts. The fountains are located as usually in the water.


- Riding Time
The riding time is as long as you want, you can step always in and out the fountain. The show has a time of 7 minutes and 20 seconds.

- Disordering of attraction
This ride is always open, but can be closed during the winter.
