    Lost Gravity

Lost Gravity is the newest rollercoaster of Walibi Holland. It's an unique ride built by Mack Rides for Walibi Holland. It's a kind of wingcoaster and wild mouse due the short wing-trains. However the layout of the coaster is more like a Gerstlauer eurofighter. It contains several inversons, sharp curves and steep drops. Some of them generates so much speed that the track swings up and down after the car leaves that part of the track.

The ride is themed to a danger zone where the gravity is completely lost. Buildings are upside down, furniture is on the walls. The streets are upside down, trees are upside down, and the helicopter flies on the ground. There is a little background story, but this was only visible during the first day. Later the story will be told on television screens. During the ride there is a special effect with water during the Zero-G-roll. The ride has extreme powers, besides the short length and height.

     Did you know:
That the marketing about this ride somehow was very bad. They made promisses like the ride was totaly crazy and unique. Well, the theme is crazy, and it is in fact a unique ride due the elements and the combination of the wing-cars. But besides that, we've all seen this in other rides. Result: fans were dissapointed, and the ride did not come in the news, while a simple new fairy tale in the Efteling did generate news. That one opened just one day earlier. Also the Terrorist Attacks in Brussels didn't help this coaster from comming in the news. Besides that it's still a good ride.

    - Popularity Attraction
This attraction is popular for now, but we need to see it during the normal season to get a good star rating.

    - Waiting Times
The waiting lines is not yet known, we suppose in the regular season 40 minutes, and 60+ during the halloween event.

    - Theming attraction
The attraction is themed to site where the gravity is totally flipped out, you can see this in the theming around the coaster, and mostly during the waiting area. There is a little background story, but this was only visible during the first day, later the story will be told on television screens. The idea of the theme is pretty good, but for so far we're be able to see it it seems that it didn't work out very well. Everything is upside down, but why? Why are it containers and not houses? It looks like a cheap-ass solution to get the theme. However we think they've got a nice setting.

    - Riding Time
The riding time is 1 minute and 40 seconds.

    - Disordering of attraction
This attraction is always open but has some starting problems some times, probably this will become better.
