Race for atlantis is a movie in a simulator attraction. There are sixteen simulator cabins. This attraction was earlier in a space theme, that's the reason of the galaxy look-a-like of the building. The inside of the attraction is still the same. Temple of the night hawk (earlier the space centre) had also the space theme. There are plans to change it, but for now only the film has been changed.



This attraction is located in the Fantasy area, you can easy know where the attraction is, just search for a big yellow globe. Race for atlantis is a rough ride, so be carefull if you have very fast headaches. But it is also a hilarous attraction. Don't do it with big waiting lines, that's not worth it. The ride has opened in 1994 with a movie specially made for Phantasialand. With the opening of the new Wuzetown the ride also changed their movie to race for atlantis. Probably around 2004.

That this attraction was earlier much better because the theming and the movie had one same setting. Now it is a little bit strange.
