Mine train is the most recent rollercoaster of slagharen, and also the smallest. It is the third coaster for slagharen in all it's years. Only Thunder loop and Keverbaan were earlier. Keverbaan was located on the same place as Mine train. Mine train is a vekoma junior coaster. But this one contains so many fun for family, in combination with a great view and western landscaping and the short waiting lines making it a good coaster to start your day with. Since this park doesn't have much coasters it will be a good idea to start with the mine train. And move later on to thunder loop.

The earlier roller coaster Keverbaan was not popular enough, and was already very old, and also not in western style. Slagharen decided to remove that one, and build a new vekoma junior coaster. With that done they had 3 things. First of all, a new roller coaster to get more visitors. Second, a coaster with western theme, and as third a more popular coaster than before.

Did you know: When opened the trees were very small, but this are very fast growers. Now they are already big enough for some thrill during the ride, but over a year of 5 / 10 it will be more thrilling than ever.
